Reagan County Care Center 
A Reagan County Hospital District facility located in Big Lake Texas
 
This position requires a strong multi-talented leader capable of positive and proactive redevelopment of processes and procedures in a 17-bed critical access hospital and a 48-bed long term care nursing facility.

Applicant must have a current Nursing Home Administrator License (LNFA) AND 5 years of hospital and long term care management experience.  Candidate must possess strong leadership skills and be knowledgeable in rules, regulations and reimbursement of a critical access hospital and long term care facility.  Applicant should be able to develop all aspects of operational policies and be well-informed regarding electronic medical record requirements and procedures.  This position reports directly to a six person board.
 
Relocation to Big Lake is required.
