Monday | 2 CE hours including 1 Ethics hrs
This course provides a common sense, practical approach to budget preparation and financial statements. This course also defines 'Diversity Effectiveness' and gives steps to 'Diversity Effectiveness' and how they can be applied.
Resident Characteristics & Assessments
Tuesday-Thursday | 6 CE hrs including 3 Ethics hrs
Learn and understand the characteristics of residents in long-term care facilities and how to assess those characteristics. These characteristics include Alzheimer’s, anxiety, arthritis, cholesterol, congestive heart failure, cold and flu, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, dementia diabetes, disabilities, heart disease, high blood pressure, incontinence, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s, and stroke. You will also gain a basic understanding of the financial concepts, community resources and customer service that are necessary managing the operations of an assisted living facility. |
