Our Company
In partnership with Jon Hilsabeck, a 6 hour program was created and a contract with the Board to present as 8 programs. After the first 3 programs were completed, CHA presented their findings to the Board. The findings clearly indicated that an Ethics Class was useful, because of the learning that took place in our program. Therefore, in 1991 Jon and I decided to create our partnership and thus Cole Hilsabeck & Associates was born. This partnership was a great opportunity for us to do what we really enjoyed ~ teaching. It was part time effort that we squeezed in between our full time responsibilities. In January 2003, after a long decline in attendance, we made the decision to close the doors of Cole Hilsabeck & Associates. We discovered that a decision by the Board in 2000 allowed LNFA's to take correspondence and computer generated classes and this created the decline in attendance in our seminars. In 2004, the Board reversed the decision and required 34 classroom hours for license renewal. Thus the rebirth of CHA Seminars.
Our curriculum is professionally prepared. We'll use videos, exercises, stories, role playing, and you to bring life to our presentations, but more importantly we will give you tools to take home to apply in your facility. We have added handouts and workbooks to our classes that will bring to life the material we teach and give you an invaluable tool to use when you return to the work place.
