Marvin E. Cole was origionally Licensed as a Nursing Facility Administrator in 1978.  Since 1978, Marvin has owned a Nursing Facility, worked as an Administrator in multiple facilities ranging from 88 beds to 204 beds, and taught LNFA Continuing Education Courses.  Marvin received his graduate degree, M.S. Health Professions, with a major in Health Care Administration, from Southwest Texas State University in 1986.   As a principal in Cole Hilsabeck and Associates, Marvin developed 6 programs which he taught with his partner, Jon Hilsabeck, for 12 years.  He served in the United State Air Force, where he earned a Master Instructor rating, teaching Medical Administration.  Marvin is certified by 360 Solutions as an instructor on High Performance programs.  Marvin is a co-founder and CEO of the Business Builders Network of Texas, the parent company of BBN Training and Development and CHA Seminars.

Missy Cole is a graduate of the University of Texas, with a Bachelors degree in Accounting.  Missy has 18 years experience in both public and private accounting.  Missy is the founder of bookkeepingPLUS, a full service bookkeeping firm that focuses on the bookkeeping needs of the small businesses.  Missy is a co-founder and CFO of the Business Builders Network of Texas, the parent company of BBN Training and Development and CHA Seminars.
