Nursing Home Administrators (NFA/NHA)
CHA Seminars is a Certified Provider of professional continuing education by the National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Boards of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators (NAB).  All education courses offered by CHA Seminars have been reviewed and approved by the NAB/NCERS for the continuing education hours indicated with each course. Courses meet the requirements of continuing education required by HHSC Nursing Faciliy Administrators in §555.35. Individual state licensure boards have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses.

Assisted Living Administrators/Exec Directors/Managers (ALM)
CHA Seminars is a Certified Provider of professional continuing education by the National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Boards of Examiners (NAB).  Courses meet the requirements of continuing education required by HHSC Licensing Standards for Assisted Living Facilities Handbook in §553.253(a)(2).

CHA Seminars' Assisted Living Managers Training Course meets the requirements of training in management of assisted living facilities required by HHSC Licensing Standards for Assisted Living Facilities Handbook in §553.253(a)(3).

Home Health Administrators and Alternate Administrators
CHA Seminars is a Certified Provider of professional continuing education by the National Continuing Education Review Service (NCERS) of the National Association of Boards of Examiners (NAB).  Courses meet the requirements of Continuing Education in Administration of Agencies required by HHSC Licensing Standards for Home and Community Support Services Agencies Handbook in §558.260.

CHA Seminars' Home Health Administrator Training Course meets the requirements of Initial Educational Training in Administration of Agencies required by HHSC Licensing Standards for Home and Community Support Services Agencies Handbook in §558.259.

Social Workers
CHA Seminars is an approved provider for continuing education by the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners (TSBSWE).

Certified Nurse Aides
CHA Seminars is an approved provider for continuing education by reference to the TSBSWE provider number.
